Merlin was very frightened coming into rescue, spending most of his time hiding under a blanket. His owner said he was a lovely boy with people he knows. He was handed in because they were moving.
Since moving to a bigger pen, Merlin has settled in and can be very affectionate. At the moment he is quite ‘slap happy’, asking for attention, rubbing against you, then feeling unsure and giving a slap - without claws usually! He’s obviously still stressed and learning to trust us. He’s a very playful boy, loving interactive toys.
Merlin has only been an indoor cat so far. He will need an understanding owner who will give him his space and let him trust in his own time.

Neutered, 1st vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flead.
